Episode Overview
So often, we fall into certain roles that we play throughout our lives without even realizing it. It all happens subconsciously. This episode’s theme is an honest discussion about the struggles that come with breaking free from those roles.
Chad McLean is a military veteran and founder of Mental Joe Apparel. He’s been on SSRI’s for most of his adult life, yet still felt depressed. Around 3 years ago, he tried his first ketamine infusion. That’s when everything changed. Chad talks about his struggles with mental health throughout his life, the roles he played, and how he’s starting to consciously break free from those roles embedded deep within his subconscious. Beyond that, Chad is just an amazing human being with so much love to share with the world, and I’m honored to have him on the podcast. Hope you enjoy!
